Delete your account
You can delete your Zait Cash account and its data in the app, or send us a request if you can't open it.
In the app
The quickest way. It takes a minute.
- Open the Zait Cash app and go to Profile.
- Tap Privacy & Security.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
Without the app
Lost your phone or can't sign in? Send us a request by email or WhatsApp, and include the phone number on your account.
What we delete and what we keep

| Drop-off records | Anonymized, kept up to 5 years |
Drop-off records are kept for up to 5 years for financial and regulatory reporting. Once anonymized, they can't be linked back to you.
How long it takes. We process requests within 30 days.
This can't be undone. You lose your drop-off history and earnings records. To use Zait Cash again, you'd create a new account.
